Clinton got Fannie and Freddie to give loans to "D" Credit minorities with nothing down and zero income. The FHA was a direct pipeline to these two companies and Clinton had the FHA change their rules way back in 1996 and Bush tried to change them back and the Democrats fought him hard on it and they won.
do you have links to show this? I know phil gramm got alot of the regulation lifted.
