sorry, but there is more to the story than just that..
they have to prove that a person has the means to actually follow through with the threat..
the worst thing that can happen with an online threat is that the cops will come to your house and ask you if you made the threat and also if you were serious..
then they determine if they feel you are a threat and if not.. case closed...
