I dont normally ask for handouts, but i really need help. I tried to design a banner myself, but it didnt come out so well.

Id like something a bit more catchy and some flashing stuff in there, but i have no clue where to start.
Anyone willing to open PS and give it 10 minutes for me?
Id like to include red as much as possible without overduing it, this will be to promote
