We received a letter from the insurance company yesterday informing us that they are providing a free credit check service to check your credit. This stems from the insurance companies now checking credit to determine the the amount your insurance policy will cost you.

WTF is this crap? So now they have found another way to bilk every customer or potential customer of more money.
This is the biggest bunch of crap I have heard of in ages, but I don't put it past them, insurance companies are some of the biggest crooks, right behind attorneys.
To me this seems like discrimination. How can having bad credit affect you paying your insurance?
We don't have bad credit, but this will affect allot of people that are or have gone through hard times and it will only make the situation worse.
