Hmm, I would like to hear what you have to say if Bush or the president of your country tried to pass a new constitution, then after the proposed reform gets rejected by the people, he decides to make them in to laws 8 months later.
That is forcing laws on the people have previously rejected. 26 laws. And he says he is gonna do it again.

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he somehow found a way to make his re-election legal, even though his proposed constitution was rejected.
