Definite industry experience a must, the more the better
Supervise all online media outlets including the program, mobile, vod, more.
Have offline outlets so cross over good. Any experience with offline is asset.
References
Know affiliate program/traffic/etc system management.
Any design/programming experience is an asset.
Basically, this is a big position with responsibilities but cool owners, great staff to be working with.
Salary: TBA but obviously will be very good. Travel, etc.
