Think of it as you would any business deal. Dissociate the emotion from the deal and ask yourself, what would you charge anyone, any potential client that is for the exclusive rights to one of your models. Keep in mind what losing that content will cost you, including the cost to replace it.

I don't think it is unreasonable to ask $15,000 to even $25,000 if she's a top model, for exclusive rights and use of the content you own and that is in essence what she is asking. I don't know your business model, so you may even have a higher number in mind. But the point is, look at it from a different angle and you might see it is a deal worth consideration.
