Lenny I am really sorry for the way i treated you when you were with us,
I took too long to get back to you more than one time, and I should have been more upfront with you at the time that some of the features you wanted we did not have,
yes i came to offer you a refund after i saw your sig (actually after it was brought to my attention) but you never asked me for one,
anyways I am really really sorry that i cost you time on your project and I hope that one day i can make it up to you in one way or another
