For the record though...the refund was never offered until my sig and rants on GFY started costing you business, so don't make it sound like you gave my money back because it was the right thing to do.
The refund was also offered with the strings attached about changing my sig. So don't go trying to sound magnanimous or like you're all about customer service because you're not.
