The guy was referred to me from a person here.
He took 1/2 the money upfront, then disappeared.
Paypal would not refund the money so I'm out the money and got no design.
At the same time he took me for a bunch of money he also took a
bunch of other people for their money here. He said he was moving and wanted to sell a bunch of stuff, took all their money and never delivered.
