yeah caffeine is a bad thing. It makes your body release glucose into the bloodstream. like sugar.
ive stopped drinking it for awhile now.
no more sugar, no caffeine.
cafeine makes me really hyper and adds to anxiety.
the average american consumes like 300g of caffeince a day, and the body should only get about 50g.
Youd be amazed at what caffeine does, my anxiety and over all sleeping paterns, groggyness, headaches, are all gone.
