Of course, it is not a question of either or... I am just making the point that the State gets people to do very evil things...
I understand that McCain is against torture after his Vietnam experience, and that has a bit of hope, as it would be good if America stoped using and supporting torture...
I would be good if he also rejected attacking other countries...
