You do know that all your info like, house info, address, mortgage, title, loan balance, when it was last appraised, the bank you got your mortgage from, all the names on the title, everything but your ss # is available from public records (like Title company's give it out to mortgage brokers for practically free) .... All they will do is try to call you up and tell you that got a better mortgage for you and can get you at a better rate then countrywide and that you should refinance with them... "When banks compete you win" was my fav line
