We put the creatures here to scare people away like a large "Beware of the Dog" sign. Steve Irwin was actually our Minister for Immigration, the sting ray was just a cover story for his retirement. He actually lives in wollongong now as a tax accountant, it's safe there because no one gives a shit about it so the whole city is incognito.
