Seriously though, if I was going to move out of the UK to another country I would aim for Canada. Firstly, your UK pension is frozen but you can claim it there, they have an NHS so that won't be a total shock even if it is different. It is different enough to have a new country smell but British enough for you not to feel totally out of it. However, I think they still have the point system for immigration so you would need to figure out how you sat with that. Also, depending on where you went you would have to get used to the difference in winter weather but I have thought of moving there a few times over the years.
