And then he went into Kimi's slipstream and could overtake him easily. I don't know the rules by how much you need to let a car pass, but no doubt he had advantage of this situation.
I'm sure he would/could have overtaken Kimi anyway later, but that's another story.

It was clear for everyone to see that Kimi had taken his foot off due to the rain. He was scared of crashing out - which eventually happened - and wasn't giving everything. Lewis was still brave and fighting for position. Wasn't his fault that Kimi decided to slow down a bit and push him off the track. I strongly feel the result will be overturned on appeal.
