If you read Mr. Richter's filed motion to seal the records is pretty clear. Now that they are out in the open there is no sign of any affair. I went to http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov where i have an account and downloaded all 221 pages and its all courts briefs, divorce papers and settlement arrangements for the divorce.

As stated I had not made up my mind on it yet nor let it past the rumor stage. However I am also not an investigative journalist, private eye, or tapped into the tell all your secrets housewife crowd like the national enquirer is. I could still wonder if it is not something glaring like actually having her name printed in it, or something that requires more digging and will lead elsewhere to more information such as an account or strange gift for instance.
