It's getting pretty bad with frauding Webmasters. If you close an account they will almost always contact you now.
See what happens is once they learn they can fraud a program, they don't stop. Like, lets say a fraud account gets approved on a bigger program. They will sit and make fake accounts all day, knowing the one idiot in the company will let it slide through.
Once the program slips up and pays, it's non stop. They even have bot software to signup for programs and auto signup for the fraud transactions, without ever actually doing anything other than giving a script some urls.
