viewing movies is dependant on the person watching them having software capable of viewing them.
I dont think theres a widely used software that plays both flv and mov. I believe silverlight and vlc both play them but they aren't very standard.
Maybe you could explain a bit better ? are you looking for a "player" or a code to decipher which player to use ?
