The black underclass, after being freed, had to live through Jim Crow, were discriminated against for decades.........within the last 10 years (I can't remember the exact year) a federal judge had to force the schools here to desegregate, because they still hadn't done it. This is within the last 10 years!!!

You must not know your history because the blacks that were slaves were sold by their own people. You can not blame that on any other race. My grandparents are from Europe. Italy and Spain to be exact. They already spoke English. I am not sure where you get this shit from that people from Cuba and other countries come here without knowing any English. Plenty speak English when they get here.
