I am really curious about something though. I know for a fact that many things are fucking super expensive in Alaska just from shipping costs and such. Crap we take for granted that is affordable is often crazy expensive there. So does anyone really know the average cost for a condom in Alaska anyways?
It is a serious question. Plus if a Governor is very pro abstinence and anti birth control, that would make me think there is a good chance of places giving away condoms to teens is remote to boot.
Though I do know minors can get birth control without parental consent in Alaska or at least they used to be able to, so that is one excuse partially off the table.
