WE have a prime minister ( Steven Harper ) that is a conservative. If let go, he would be as right wing as the GOP... but we care for out hard earned freedoms (

) so he cannot stray too far.

He is heading a minority government ( meaning that the 3 opposing parties have more seats ( representation ) then him ). In other words, he can be voted out of office at any time . Same situation in Québec also.

As for his record, he has done a decent honest job. He is the most popular leader , but competition is weak.
