havin been on both sides of gamitt dating woman half my age and 10 -15 my elders .. Like the board cougars (ya know I luv ya) mentioned .. 40 year olds can sustain longer then 20 year olds ... so be on in best form (y might want some aids ie: toys, creams or a good squirt hand) she will throw you if you can't sustain her sexually ..LOL
