this is bullshit if I ever heard it.. I walked through my neighborhood back in college (uptown/ the hill district, in pittsburgh pa) on night and was told "white boys best not be walking though here at night"
I did nothing.. I wasn't shouting "hey nigga nigga" I wasn't acting hard, just going home.. .
funny thing was if I walked my friend's black lab/rottie mix the blacks would get out of my way...
