niglet, you need to go out to rocky mountain house and get some veal. i have extensively toured alberta for years in search of the best veal around. rocky had the best by far. there's a little place up in hig prairie that has great veal too, but i'd sooner shootmyself int he face with a 12 gauge than ever go back to high prairie..
