just because alleged police allegedly kill someone in Russia ... in a crayz, lawless region doesn't mean it has anything to do with government. police are as corrupt as anyone. moreso, the further away from Moscow or St Petersburg you get. massive networks of illegal business rely on those corrupt police. one person speaking out against "corruption" is just one person taking a stand against another.. its someone calling out a massive network of public and private people all getting rich with one guy trying to fuck it all up.

not only can you pay a cop(s) to arrest people or do almost anything you want relatively cheaply... there is often a huge problem with gangs posing as cops... happens all the time.

no matter what anyone wants to believe,... there is always more to the story. and the story is always darker and stranger than anyone ever imagined.
