What exactly are you looking for? a software only putting the files together without blendings & stuff? You could try "Easy Video Joiner" or "AVI MPEG RM WMV Joiner", but this only works if the videos have the same codecs, bitrates, etc.. If they differ you'll have to rerender the videos.
