You're right, but I don't think there will be any program in Europe. The ones allowing it to happen (the politicians) just completely ignore what the regular European citizen wants or sees. When Van Gogh was killed Churches and Mosques (back and forth) were burnt down for months. If the trend continues, there will be massive civil disorder problems in Europe. Working class European youth, etc are already warming to nationalism, and hardening to immigration, there very likely will be (what will almost amount to) civil war in some European countries in the next 50 years.
