You're suggesting we abandon an entire U.S. city because of a few fucked up things that go on. I'm sure I could find plenty of fucked up things in Miami (and most other major cities) that are a waste of taxpayer money too.

There's a reason someone coined the phrase "don't throw out the baby with the bath water"....it's because people like you were throwing babies away.
