I have two servers with Rackshack. Their prices are great, but the tech support sucks. So Rackshack is only a good idea if you're able to administer the server yourself.
I keep hearing good things about Sinhost.com.
BTW, I just sent you an e-mail re reviewing some of your sites for Carnalia.com.
