search warrants are also supposed to dictate EXACTLY what they are after, any items TO BE seized, etc...
the reason they are trying to keep the search warant from being public (which it should be) is so they can alter it or change the "items to be seized" so they can take whatever they found and use it as evidence.
searc warrants are issued by judges for a very specific cause and reason. for example "we know there is meth lab in the back room" they are issued search warrant to enter.
claiming the search warrant is not public is first line of corruption because search warrants are very public.
