No, Sortie is not kinda right, he's kinda retarded; the people that CREATED the music are not the ones making these rules, and he can't seem to acknowledge for a second the major point being made that the rates they are asking webcasters to pay are disproportionately higher than radio. Actually, he can't acknowledge any points being made because he's too busy screaming about how none of us understand the meaning of the word "copyright" and is too bitter, apparently, about his failed music career.
