Most of the people couldnt get out there in time high speed and does it really matter. I know how fast our military can organize a movement and it was disgusting to watch helpless people die while Bush and our goverment sat on their hands. Its all about responding and our troops are quick to be sent in harms way for no reason but god forbid they can help save some of our own. Its a sad day when Hollywood actors like Sean Penn are quicker to react than our own goverment.
