How many people here go further than just sitting a dedicated on someone else's network - instead you colocate a router and manage your own cross connects to various providers, in effect turning yourself into a multihomed host. But JUST for your own servers!
I have an AS number and a C class (256 IPs) waiting to be put to good use. I'm wondering if I'll just be throwing money down the drain by trying to get a relatively small operation (<10Mbit/sec total net bandwidth) set up.
