My sig has a bunch of flash hosted videos and they allow you to upload a video of your choice from their member's area which will be hosted by them. (10mb max)
Movie Profits - has a shit ton of hosted flash videos. They just released 21 new niche specific sites that convert like crazy.
I use both of my blogs and they convert!
