ok... i will make this quick and simple
i have raw data of screenshots I took from a website
i need this data to be "pimped up" a bit
basically the screenshots show special features of a website
and i need them to be edited a bit... add text, arrows, point out stuff
imagine a raw screenshot turned into something like the following:

hope you get the idea
this needs to be done for 4-6 images.
i am not looking for something i like and i am not willing to go broke on this minor job
