Even after the clubs on Sunset seem to close there is always some gay shit going down in West LA. You're not to far from the LA Zoo. Universal is just a hop skip and jump up the 101. Come to the Valley and I'll take you to some good restaurants. (moderately priced) not overpriced like on Restaurant Row. In my opinion, I think you'd be pretty happy staying on Sunset, and bear in mind that's based on me not knowing you or what you're into at all.
