In fact, I do believe you have a problem with the English language. Primarily comprehension with a hint of Grammar. I would recommend that you look further into your studies of the English language.
I am going to attempt to be somewhat of an ambassador to the English language and remind you of some key primers there in.
When you begin a sentence, you rarely start with "And" or "Because". It is considered to be somewhat incorrect. However, do not get me wrong; the word "and" or "because" is used in the beginning of some sentences. While informal it is used. Proper English never begins with the word "And" or "Because".
Also remember that when using statements such as your "... About how much a field worker gets paid too." This statement should read: ".. About how a field worker tends to get paid." The addition of "Too" to the end is actually quite pointless and serves no purpose.
