I agree.
I loved the parts where he put faces to things like seeing his mother when he looked at a college student, etc. That helped give him the everyman touch.
I also liked the common ground aspects of it...the section where he talked about the things we maybe didn't agree on, but our strength is in what we do agree on.
This will probably get me laughed at, but I think there are echos of Ronald Regan in him as a speaker.
And that ain't a bad thing.
