I have tube sites but I hardly believe that "1000's of uploads" is an excuse to
show copyrighted material.
All tube sites have the abilty to suspend uploads until they can approve them.
But some sites don't want to slow down the incomming content so they don't
give a shit. And that's they only reason they have copyrighted work on the site.
The judge just wants his free porn too an that's it.
