If it is the food then the other dog isn't having an issue with it. The other dog is such a picky eater that it took me nearly two years to find food she will actually eat every time I put down. I mix it up with some wet food and some hard crunchy stuff too.

I am assuming they are different breeds?
We have miniature pinschers, it took me a while to find the info but apparently they have a bad reaction to corn, that specific breed. Our little one had patches of hair missing when we got her, and the change in food cleared it up.
I actually need to order some of the good food right now,
Canidae, because we have to mail order it and we ran out. I swear by that stuff, and the dogs go crazy for it. I have been giving them dog chow, poor guys, and it only takes a few days and I see the changes in them. Its summer, and they stink terrible. They poop more and everything.
