You should take him to the vet to be squeezed. Trust me, this is not something you'll want to do yourself. Plus, the vet will know if it's impacted or infected. They can actually rupture. Eeek!
I agree with the person who said you need to change the food too. Better food = happier pooch! Good luck Sarah!
