Yes. The only thing is when you change to shield mode and drop one of those little globe bombs from the wheel, their is this glitch where you actually go to jail for incinerating your neighbor. That's the only real drawback. Oh, and plus, everywhere you go the Joker is trying to foil your plans. Go ahead and try to get a starbucks in that thing.
