Hate to break this to you man. You need some skunk soap ASAP for you dog which should have his or her ass outside for the rest of the night. You also are going to smell like skunk yourself and just about everything around you for a week or so if the dog shared much. Everything will need to be cleaned.

I am so sorry for you, it is really going to suck. Also bad that you have a skunk nearby, odds are it lives right near you.
