you are totally right, my girls do not work 2-3 days after getting paid.. then they come running back the minute the $$ is gone.. my fav girl right now works 90 mis-2 hours a day then tells me "I logged off because the site is dead" meanwhile, there are 450 girls online and I'm making $300 an hour that day, I tell her well if you're only gna work 6 hours a week no ones going to know who you are and when you are on of course your chatrm is dead LOL..
I just made a new rule with all of my girls, do now ask me to promote you in anyway unless you work 15 hours a week and I can only be 24/7 tech support if you work 20+ hours a week.. I'm sick of these girls making me $10-100 a week then taking up all of my time crying to me on yahoo telling me why they cant work but want $$ ughhh
I don't know how anybody expects to make serious cash out of being a studio owner these days unless they have lots of foreign models that WORK.. in that case you have to go for quantity not quality.. luckily for me it just puts an extra couple hundred $$s in my pocket every week but sometimes its just not worth my time and sanity..
now I realize why so many people don't like webcam models and I have to prove them wrong and show them I am a hard worker and not a spolied little brat when I meet them.. LOL
