For exericse, I try to do 5 to 10 miles/day on the exercise bike. No weight lifting though as I exercise at home and I am without any weights. I do perform calisthenics, though. As for diet, I'm moving toward a diet where I eat five small meals per day, more fruits and veggies, less pizza and Chinese food.

there is the reason you're not making much progress...
i personally think that 1 of the most important and NECESSARY elements of dieting is cooking your own meals 90% of the time... after you do this for a while, it becomes a lifestyle change & not so much a diet anymore
eating out at most places is like shooting yourself in the foot when you're trying to lose weight
