Also, since Adult Niche Domains caters specifically to the adult online industry it is likely that you may actually know the person buying from you or the person you are buying from. In those instances you can make all of the arrangements for the actual transaction and save the expense of escrow... even on a larger dollar value transaction.
The purpose of Adult Niche Domains is to put buyers and sellers together quickly, easily and for free. The design of the system allows for maximum flexibility and because it's free there is never a problem with a seller and buyer going 'outside' the system like 'auction site' terms of service often forbid.
