I want to update this.

after talking to several design, /i have come to the conclusion what i'm looking for is a partner. I have a lot of content which i want to make money on. i have content enough to open about a dozen websites. and i want a designer to lay them out and build a cash program based on a percentage of the profits!

i want to roll out the sites fast and have all 12 done by the end of this year!
