Just 2 nights ago I saw a guy, standing in the pouring rain, on top of about TWELVE stacked PLASTIC chairs. The cheap ones. He was at the top, the tower swaying below him while people were running around below him bumping his chair tower in the rain... and working on some electrical box.
These dip shits... I can't even put into words... sometimes you just gotta see it for yourself. Anyone who lives here knows what I'm talking about. No regard for human life or limb.
