Couldn't agree more. However, the officer could have escorted them to the vet and ticketed them there. He has already caught him. I've been served tickets later on before, it can be done.

Instead he was a dick about it.

Would you be more proud of you son or daughter, if they became a Police Officer or if they worked in the porn industry?
